报告题目：Progress On Wireless Coexistence Uncertainty Evaluation

报告简介：Spectrum sharing in current and future wireless systems is a key direction to enhance spectrum efficiency and meet the increasing user demand for 4G and 5G communication systems. The first part of this presentation covers a brief technical highlight of shared spectrum metrology work at National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), USA. The second part focuses on performance analysis and improved designs for wireless coexistence, such as WLAN and unlicensed LTE with license assisted access (LAA). We present progress in 3 topics, heterogeneous coexistence with different slot durations, probability of coexistence under 2 different delay constraints, and hardware programming and experimental results. All the presented analysis and designs have been verified by Monte Carlo simulations, and select results have been further validated by experiments. Finally, we discuss a few future research topics.
